Transient Finite-Speed Heat Transfer Influence on Deformation of a Nanoplate with Ultrafast Circular Ring Heating

The present study provides a theoretical estimate for the thermal stress distribution and displacement vector inside nano-thick infinite plate due to an exponentially temporal decaying boundary heating on front surface of elastic plate. is in form circular ring; therefore, axisymmetric formulation adopted. Three different hyperbolic models transport are considered: Maxwell-Cattaneo-Vernotte (MCV), Dual-Phase-Lag (HDPL) modified (MHDPL), which coincides with two-step model under certain constraints.
